All orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped within 2 business days.
Orders submitted on a weekend
Weekend orders are shipped on Monday.

SHIPPING COSTS:
The cost of shipping within North America is $2.95 (Can) per CD. The shipping cost is added to the product price.
Delivery Time
Orders take between 4 – 14 business days to arrive at the delivery destination. Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory Holidays are not considered business days. The delivery time depends on where in North America you live. During the holiday season delivery times will increase significantly – possible even double! Delivery times are based on Canada Post and are not guaranteed by kinderboo Personalized Music.

Our personalized music CDs for children are digitally mastered to the highest standards and every copy shipped is controlled according to strict quality standards to ensure that our customers receive a world class product.
If we ship the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will also pay for the delivery charges.
In the unlikely event that a quality error does occur please return the CD in its original packaging for replacement as per our return policy above.
